Guest Services Staff (outside services)

Responsibilities:

• Delivering first-class service to all customers
• Working with a great team and great guest services culture
• A passion to grow the game of golf and offer every customer with an incredible experience
• Overseeing cart management daily, staging cart fleet for opening and closing
• Greeting guests, cart allocation, range duties, guest services duties
• Sanitizing and washing carts
• Range duties, garbage and recycling management

Qualifications/Assets:

• Golf experience but not required
• Hospitality/service experience
• Enthusiastic people person
• Professional in appearance at all times
• Strong interpersonal and hospitality skills
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet.
• Driver’s Licence an asset but not required
